Some stains never come out. Old motor oil, rust bleed and deeply set organic staining will lighten but not vanish. Say so on the estimate. Customers who read that sentence beforehand are pleased with a big improvement; customers who did not are disappointed by anything short of new concrete.
Soft wash is not a downgrade
Homeowners sometimes ask why you are not blasting their siding at full pressure. Explain on the estimate that siding and roofing get a low-pressure chemical soft wash because high pressure forces water behind cladding and strips shingle granules. Naming the method makes it a professional choice rather than you doing less work.
Confirm water and power access
No spigot or no outlet means either you carry a tank and generator or you do not do the job. Put the requirement on the estimate so it is discovered at quoting time, not when your trailer is already blocking their driveway.
