House wrap is not optional, so show it
A cheaper quote is often cheaper because it skips the wrap and the flashing at openings, which is precisely what stops water getting into the wall. Put wrap and flashing on their own line. It is the clearest way to demonstrate that two quotes are not describing the same job.
Confirm colour in writing before ordering
Siding is usually a special order and usually non-returnable. Get the colour and profile confirmed in writing, on the estimate, before anything is ordered. A customer who changes their mind after delivery is otherwise an argument about several thousand dollars of unsellable material.
