Terms of Service

The service

QuoteFlow lets trade businesses create quotes, send them to clients as branded PDFs, and collect e-signed approvals. By creating an account or using QuoteFlow — on the web or through an installed app — you agree to these terms.

Subscription and billing

QuoteFlow is a paid subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at signup. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard; your access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice — a change takes effect at your next renewal.

Your account and your data

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• The client details and quotes you enter are yours. You confirm you have the right to use your clients' contact details to send them quotes.
• You may not use QuoteFlow to send spam or unlawful content, to impersonate another business, or to attempt to break or overload the service.

E-signatures

Quote approvals collected through QuoteFlow record the signer's name, decision, time, and device information. You are responsible for confirming that an e-signed quote approval is a suitable form of agreement for your trade and region.

Service availability

We work to keep QuoteFlow available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending service

You can stop using QuoteFlow and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If your account is closed, you can request an export of your data by emailing support@quoteflow.org.
