Voice-to-quote
Talk the job. Get a priced quote.
Most quotes go out two days late because writing them up is a job for the evening. Say it out loud on site instead and QuoteFlow turns it into line items priced from your own rates — before you get back in the van.
First 10 quotes free. No credit card. $29/month for unlimited after that.

A real quote: one spoken sentence becomes five priced line items.
How it works
- Step 1
Say what you are doing
Standing in the basement, tap record and talk the way you would tell the customer. No forms, no dropdowns, no typing with one thumb.
- Step 2
It prices itself
Your words get matched against the rates you saved once. Say "replace the water heater" and your price for that job goes in automatically.
- Step 3
Fix the one it missed
Anything it does not recognise comes through highlighted with no price, so you can never send a quote with a mystery $0 on it.
- Step 4
Send before you leave
The customer opens a link and signs on their phone. No printer, no app for them to install, no waiting until tonight.
Why speed decides who gets the job
Homeowners rarely pick the cheapest quote. They pick the one that turns up while they still remember the problem. A quote sent from the driveway beats an identical quote sent on Thursday, and it costs you nothing extra to send it that way.
The other reason to quote on site is that you are still standing in front of the job. Nothing gets forgotten, nothing gets guessed at from memory, and you do not lose an evening to paperwork you already did once in your head.
Questions
- Does it need an internet connection?
- Yes. Speech is turned into text by your phone's browser, and the pricing happens on our side, so you need a signal. In a basement with no bars, type it into the same box instead — it works identically.
- What if it mishears me?
- You see the transcript before anything is priced, and you can edit it and re-run it. Everything it produces lands in a normal editable quote, so nothing is locked in.
- How does it know my prices?
- You fill in a rate book once — either from a starter pack for your trade or your own numbers. Dictation matches what you say against it. You can add the other words you actually use out loud, so "hot water tank" finds the same rate as "water heater".
- Which browsers support it?
- Chrome on Android and desktop work best. Safari on iPhone is patchier. There is a typed fallback on the same screen either way, so the feature never fully blocks you.
- Does it work for my trade?
- It is rate-book driven, so it works for any trade that quotes line items — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, handyman, landscaping, roofing. Starter rates are included for the first four.
