Jobber alternative
You wanted the quoting. You're paying for the whole platform.
Jobber Core is $49 a month if you pay month to month. QuoteFlow is $29 a month, flat, and does the part most solo trades actually use: build the quote, send it, get it signed.
First 10 quotes free, no credit card. Then $29/month flat, month to month. Cancel anytime, no per-quote fees.
Straight up: Jobber does more than we do.
Jobber is a full field-service platform — scheduling, dispatch, CRM, the lot. QuoteFlow does one job: turn a price you already know into a quote your customer can sign from their phone. If you need the whole suite, buy the suite. If you only ever wanted the quoting part and resent paying for the rest, keep reading.

Stay with Jobber if…
- You schedule and dispatch a crew and need that in one place.
- You want invoicing, payments and quoting under one login.
- You rely on a real CRM with job history and automated client follow-up.
- You have staff who each need their own seat and permissions.
- You are happy to prepay a year to get the lower rate.
Switch to QuoteFlow if…
- You are a one-person shop, or a shop of two or three.
- The only part of the platform you open is the quoting screen.
- You already know what the job costs — you just need it to look professional and get signed.
- You want to be able to cancel next month without losing a prepaid year.
- Your customer keeps saying they will 'get back to you' and never signs anything.
Straight answers
- Is QuoteFlow actually cheaper than Jobber?
- Month to month, yes: $29 against Jobber Core's $49. If you prepay Jobber for a full year the rate comes down to $29/month, the same as ours — but you have committed 12 months up front. QuoteFlow is $29 either way with no commitment.
- Can I import my Jobber data?
- No. There is no import tool. QuoteFlow keeps a simple client list, and most people just add clients as they quote them. If you have years of job history you need to keep queryable, that is a genuine reason to stay on Jobber.
- Does it do invoicing?
- No. QuoteFlow stops at the signed quote. Plenty of trades quote in QuoteFlow and invoice through whatever they already use for bookkeeping. If you want quoting and invoicing in one tool, Jobber is the better fit.
- Is this estimating software?
- No, and that is deliberate. No takeoff, no assemblies, no labor-unit database to maintain. If you need to build a price from measurements, this is the wrong tool. If you already know the number, it turns it into something signable in about a minute.
Try it on the next job you quote.
Free for your first 10 quotes, then $29 a month. If it doesn’t save you an evening in the first week, cancel it.
