Housecall Pro alternative
$79 a month for a dispatch board you never open.
Housecall Pro Basic is $79 a month billed monthly. If the only screen you actually use is the estimate, QuoteFlow does that part for a flat $29 — and nothing else.
First 10 quotes free, no credit card. Then $29/month flat, month to month. Cancel anytime, no per-quote fees.
Straight up: Housecall Pro does more than we do.
Housecall Pro is a full field-service platform — scheduling, dispatch, CRM, the lot. QuoteFlow does one job: turn a price you already know into a quote your customer can sign from their phone. If you need the whole suite, buy the suite. If you only ever wanted the quoting part and resent paying for the rest, keep reading.

Stay with Housecall Pro if…
- You dispatch technicians and need a schedule everyone can see.
- You take card payments in the field and want that built in.
- You want live phone support when something breaks mid-job.
- You have several staff who each need a login.
- You use the consumer financing options they offer.
Switch to QuoteFlow if…
- You are the whole company, or close to it.
- You are paying for a platform and only ever touch the estimate screen.
- You want the quote to look professional without an afternoon of setup.
- You would rather pay month to month than commit to a year.
- Your problem is jobs going unsigned, not jobs going unscheduled.
Straight answers
- How much cheaper is it really?
- Month to month it is $29 against Housecall Pro Basic's $79 — so about $600 a year. If you commit annually theirs comes down to $59/month, which is still double. But you are also getting a lot less: no dispatch, no invoicing, no payments.
- Can I take payment through QuoteFlow?
- No. QuoteFlow ends at the signed quote. If collecting card payment in the field matters to you, Housecall Pro does that and we do not — that is a fair reason to stay.
- What about my existing customers and job history?
- There is no import. QuoteFlow keeps a simple client list you build as you quote. If your job history is the thing keeping your business organised, moving off a full platform will hurt.
- Why is it so much cheaper?
- Because it does far less. One job, done properly: build a quote on your phone, send it as a link, get it signed before you leave. There is no dispatch board, no CRM, no payment processing to pay for.
Try it on the next job you quote.
Free for your first 10 quotes, then $29 a month. If it doesn’t save you an evening in the first week, cancel it.
